Face by Thermage is a single treatment that offers mild to moderate skin tightening.  This procedure utilizes radio frequency energy that is FDA approved, for the treatment of wrinkles around and above the eyes. The top layers of the skin are protected with a cooling spray while radio frequency energy heats the collagen in the lower layers. This heating action causes structures of your skin to tighten immediately. Overtime-new collagen grows to further tighten your skin and produce a more youthful appearance.

Thermage™ is an advanced way of tightening skin that requires only the touch of a sophisticated treatment tip to your skin. It does not require any incisions or downtime. This procedure is extremely safe. The entire face and neck can be done in approximately one hour. Some patients elect to have only part of their face or neck treated. Pre-treatment photographs will be taken.

This treatment can be performed once every year.  In some cases, a second treatment may produce more visible results. The Thermage™ procedure may produce immediate results, however, in most cases it may take up to 8 weeks before change will be visible.

Patient will be given a mild oral medication that will minimize any discomfort during the procedure and are required to have someone drive them home. The treatment will be performed in our in-office surgical suite. Patients may experience mild redness to the skin, but can apply make-up immediately.
