Janet joined Dr. Hills Facial Plastic Surgery Practice in 1988. She is the Director of Services and Practice Development. In 1993, Janet worked with Dr. Hill and his staff to develop and introduce Tomorrows Health MediSPA.
She feels her most important role in the practice is patient education and communication. "Through patient education and communication we can improve health care and earn patient respect and loyalty. Only when we listen to our patients can we learn . And when we learn, we can improve. Continual improvement is vital to providing the high quality aesthetic services and products that patients deserve".
Janet obtained her bachelor of arts degree in Business Management from William Penn University and graduated Magna Cum Lada.
Outside the practice she enjoys spending time with her fabulous husband and children, as well as her family and amazing friends.
